What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept Visa, Master, Amex, JCB cards as well as T/T for all orders. However, L/C is accepted only for order of US$10,000+.
Any discount?
We offer discounts for big orders as follow:

What are the next steps?
We’ll respond to your email or fax, within 2 working days, to confirm the shipment date, total cost (product + shipping), and the detailed method of payment.
You’ll be, again, notified when the products are shipped.
Breakages/damage in shipping…
If your goods arrive broken or damaged, you must tell us within 3 days after receiving them. This is so that we can make an insurance claim. Please keep all pieces and do not throw anything away unless instructed to do so, because sometimes, the carrier that we put our claim through will ask to examine the package. Afterwards, replacement goods will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
